What’s a social media plan without a little ...

Ah yes! my plan on social media. I have a plan, really I do! It involves using the man tools like Twitter, Facebook, Blogging and Google. I plan and play and use them everyday. The work isn’t and I enjoy being there, or here, or where ever it is that I am at when I am being in it. Phew! Sometimes I need to go through these doors and get myself disconnected from some things. Don’t you? The do anything door. I like to go here and see what is going on in the social cocktail. What’s new, and what’t is for? How does it work? Who else is here? Will it help me? Is it any kind of enjoyable? Then… out the door and back...

Do you find yourself dancing with the scares? To some degree, depending upon the day I guess, we all live with the thoughts that are dancing around in our head. Too often, it is a dance with old scares. Time has passed, we have gone ahead and lived some more of life, and then it happens to...

Joining the Social Media Swim, at the deep end!

posted by bdelaney

Joining the Social Media Swim, at the deep end!   Just returned from Knoxville Tenn, and the SoSlam one day event. It was a refreshing discovery of what I always hoped to find. Let me tell you more…. The Knoxville Social Media Club, in association with Mark Shaefer, put on a one day gathering to promote the ideas and usage of the tools and opportunities that are open to us today from the online world. It is not the usual, or even the same old convention in any statement of the word. SoSlam, the event for the rest of us! The singlemost standout thing about this is the price and the people! For less than $100.00 bucks, plus your...
